Aura Shimmer: This is an optional diamond infusion, made with real diamond dust to give off a soft, sacred shimmer.
Memory Blend: A custom mix of two Eternal Hues™, often used to honour shared stories, layered relationships, or personalities that can’t be symbolised using just one shade.
Sacred Moments: A special video add-on that shows the exact moment your loved one’s ashes or hair are added to your chosen ashes into jewellery. It’s filmed completely in-house for your peace of mind.
Step 2: Sending Your Inclusions
Once you place your order, we’ll send you one of our Ashes Collection Kits. Inside, you’ll find everything you need: labelled packaging, a small spoon, a secure container, and a prepaid return envelope. We’ve made the kit as simple and safe as possible so there’s no guesswork or stress on your part.
Once you’ve secured your loved one’s hair or ashes into the container and sent it to us, sit back and relax knowing we’ll take care of everything. From the moment it leaves your hands, it’s fully tracked and protected.

Step 3: Creating Your Ashes into Jewellery
When your inclusions arrive, our talented team of designers and artisans will get to work. Every piece of our Ashes into Jewellery is made in-house, by hand, here in our UK studio.
We start by gently blending the ashes or hair into your chosen Eternal Hue. If you’ve chosen Aura Shimmer, we’ll add the diamond infusion with care. If you selected Memory Blend, we’ll swirl or marble the two colours together into something completely unique. And if you opted for Sacred Moments, we’ll film the inclusion with the gentleness and privacy it deserves, so you know what happens to ashes in jewellery and how your loved one was honoured.
From there, the piece is hand-finished, polished, and packed with care. We’ll send it back to you, safely packaged, usually within five working days of receiving your kit.
